Project to develop an innovative internationalization strategy for an integrated supply chain aimed at business expansion and the commercialization of integrated housing systems, creating a stable platform in ECOWAS countries by promoting green technologies and energy-efficient housing solutions.

Description

The project aims to define and develop an innovative integrated supply chain strategy for business expansion and the commercialization of integrated housing systems in new emerging markets in West Africa, with particular focus on ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) countries.

Objectives

  • Establish partnerships with sales and marketing professionals
  • Launch the company website with sections dedicated to new projects and partnerships, highlighting the sustainable nature of ongoing projects
  • Develop a communication strategy through major social media channels and international networks by engaging influential figures such as leading bloggers in those countries
  • Attract customers, industry professionals, and investors through incoming events
  • Promote the integrated system extensively and in a targeted manner through showrooms and innovative digital promotional solutions

  • Consolidate knowledge of the relevant markets in terms of the reliability and economic and financial stability of the identified partners
  • Increase visibility
